Customers find the space heater performs well, giving good heat output and keeping rooms toasty warm, with one customer noting it raises temperatures from 50 to 60 degrees in less than an hour. The remote control feature and noise level receive mixed feedback – while some find it a great feature and super quiet, others report the remote stops working and find it very noisy. The reliability is concerning as units fail after 10 weeks of use, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it well worth the money and those who consider it a waste of money.
