Customers find the robotic vacuum effective on hardwood floors and appreciate its cleaning performance, making floors and carpets spotless. However, they report mixed experiences with pet hair pickup, with some saying it does a great job while others note it doesn’t pick up anything on carpet. Moreover, the vacuum’s reliability is concerning as it doesn’t last longer than a few months, and customers mention it gets stuck everywhere, particularly under furniture. Additionally, opinions on value for money are divided, with some considering it a best investment while others say it’s not worth the price.
