Customers find the robotic vacuum performs flawlessly in cleaning and mopping, making housekeeping easier, and appreciate its detailed mapping capabilities. However, they report mixed experiences with mopping performance, with some saying it keeps floors spotless while others note it doesn’t empty the dirt bin well. Moreover, durability is a concern as units stop working after a few months, and stability issues include getting stuck on carpets thicker than half an inch. Additionally, customers disagree on the noise level, with some finding it quiet while others say it’s loud on carpets, and while setup is quick, some find it more hassle than help. The value for money receives mixed feedback, with some considering it a great value while others say it’s not worth the cost.
