Customers find the temperature controller reliable and accurate, with one noting it maintains temperatures within 1-2 degrees F. The device is easy to set up and versatile, working well for keezer and fermentation chamber applications, and helps save on electricity bills. While some customers report it has worked perfectly for over five years, others mention it stops working in heating mode. The instructions receive mixed feedback, with several customers finding them unclear.
