Product description

What are the exact dimensions of this ceiling light?

This LED ceiling light measures 9 inches across and 0.94inches in thickness, compatible with most standard US electrical junction boxes. Measuring your ceiling opening ahead of purchase helps achieve a perfect installation fit.

Is this light dimmable? Can I use a dimmer switch?

This fixture works well with standard on/off wall switches. Matching on/off wall hardware delivers stable lighting performance, and all switch accessories are sold separately.

How is this light powered? Does it need batteries or is it hardwired?

This hardwired 120V LED light fits flat ceilings with standard pre-installed junction boxes, and basic mounting hardware is included. US junction box specs vary, you can check order support info for hardware matching tips.

One of my two lights stopped working after a few days. Is this normal?

Full lighting function can be restored by confirming standard wiring setup: black wire connects to hot terminal, white wire to neutral terminal. Confirm your wall switch is activated, and secure all wire connectors tightly for consistent power flow.

The light is too bright for my room. Can I adjust the brightness?

Brightness is fixed at 18W/1800LM. The 3CCT color temperature (3000K/4000K/5000K) can be set before installation using the built-in switch. Please consider the wattage and lumen output for your room size before ordering.

3CCT Selectable Color Temperature: Select your preferred color temperature via the toggle switch on the fixture before mounting. Three preset tones are available: 3000K Bright White, 4000K Cool White, and 5000K Daylight. This fixture requires hardwiring to a standard ceiling J-Box (sold separately). Once installed, it works only with a regular ON/OFF wall switch for basic on/off control. Recommended for flat ceilings with pre-installed junction boxes.
