Customers find the carpet cleaner does a fantastic job and appreciate its ease of use, particularly noting how easy it is to remove and replace the tanks. The suction performance is good, and customers consider it worth the money. However, the durability receives mixed reviews, with several customers reporting broken parts. Moreover, the drying and water removal features get mixed feedback – while some say it helps carpets dry faster, others report poor drying performance, and while some say it sucks up water effectively, others mention it leaves carpets soaking. Additionally, the ergonomics receive criticism, with one customer noting issues with the handle not staying in place.
