Customers find the carpet cleaner’s portability positive, with one mentioning it’s useful for car cleaning without needing a plug. The cleaning performance receives positive feedback, with one customer noting it effectively removes spots from carpets and furniture. However, the battery life is poor, lasting only 20-30 minutes, and customers report durability issues with the hose breaking. Moreover, the suction and run time receive mixed reviews, with some praising the suction while others find it terrible, and the run time being limited to 45 minutes. Additionally, the product leaks everywhere and customers consider it not worth the price.
