Customers find the carpet cleaner effective for spot cleaning carpets and removing stains, appreciating its compact size and ease of use, particularly for pet messes. The suction and spray performance receive mixed reviews – while some find the suction impressive, others report weak suction, and several mention issues with the sprayer not working properly. Durability is a concern as the hose breaks with regular usage, and water extraction performance is poor, with customers noting that water constantly sprays out of the end.
