Customers appreciate the smart plug’s dual control feature, allowing each outlet to be controlled separately, and its scheduling capabilities through the SmartLife app. The functionality and connectivity receive mixed reviews – while some say it works right out of the box and integrates well with Alexa, others report it doesn’t connect to their phones via Bluetooth. Durability is also mixed, with some finding it durable while others say it dies after a few years of use.
