Customers find the toaster easy to use and appreciate its appearance, particularly noting that the color matches any decor. The size receives mixed feedback – while some find it perfect, others mention it’s not wide enough for larger bagels. The lever functionality is problematic, with customers reporting it won’t stay down. Moreover, durability is a concern as the toaster breaks after 8 months, and the toasting quality is inconsistent, with some saying it only toasts the top half of the bread. Value for money is also mixed, with some finding it good for the price while others say it’s cheaply made.
