Customers find the coffee urn to be of good quality and appreciate its beautiful shiny stainless steel appearance. The coffee maker is simple to use and makes excellent coffee, with customers noting it’s great for gatherings and medium-sized parties. While the temperature retention receives mixed reviews, with some saying it keeps coffee very hot while others note the water doesn’t get very hot, customers generally consider it good value for money. However, durability is a concern, with multiple customers reporting it broke within 6 weeks of use.
