Customers find the tea kettle aesthetically pleasing, describing it as looking expensive, and appreciate that it performs better than stove-top kettles. It heats water quickly and functions reliably, with one customer noting its automatic shut-off feature. The color receives positive feedback, with many loving the Tiffany blue finish. However, durability is a concern as the kettle rusts within two years, and heat management is problematic with the handle getting hot. Value for money is mixed, with some finding it a great value while others say it’s not worth the price.
