Customers find the countertop oven performs well and appreciate its size, being perfect for two people and large enough to hold a cast iron skillet. They praise its appearance, particularly the retro green color, and its versatility as both an oven and air fryer that cooks potatoes, nuggets, and burritos quickly and crisply. Customers find it easy to use and beautiful, though durability receives mixed reviews with several customers reporting it only lasted a few months. The heat output is a concern, with customers noting it heats up very hot on the outside.
