Does it plug in to wall?

No, you don’t need to drill a hole in the wall, you just need to install 2 hooks on the wall through the included installation template, and then you can hang the heater, which is very convenient to use.

Does this heater allow you to start at a specific time? For example, start at 6pm and wake up at 7am to close.

Yes, it has a timer function. You can set the time to turn it on and the time it turns off via APP control, which is very convenient.

Why the heater doesn’t actually shut off when it tips over?

When the heater is tipped over, the heating stops, but for safety, the fan will continue to blow out the residual heat. So you will hear sounds inside the heater when the tip-over protection is working. This is normal.

Why can’t the heater maintain my set temperature and runs unstably in ECO mode?

ECO mode cycles heating to save energy, so room temperature naturally fluctuates. Large spaces, poor insulation or blocked vents will amplify the difference. For garages or large rooms, switch to P2/P3 mode for stable heating and keep air vents open.
