Customers find the garden hose to be a fantastic addition to their gardening setup, with perfect length and good functionality. The material receives mixed feedback, with several customers noting it’s cheaply made with plastic. Durability and retraction are also mixed aspects – while the reel is well-built, some report the hose falling apart, and while many appreciate the self-retracting feature, others mention it stops working. Leakage is another concern, with some reporting no issues while others experience water pouring from the reel housing. Value for money opinions are divided between those who find it worth every dollar and those who consider it a waste of money.
