Customers find the garden hose reel works well for watering and cleaning tasks, is easy to install, and appreciate its ease of use. The durability receives mixed feedback – while some praise its heavy-duty construction, others report issues with the plastic swivel hose connector snapping and the mounting bracket cracking. The retractability and value for money also get mixed reviews, with some saying it retracts nicely while others report it won’t retract at all, and while some consider it good quality for the price, others find it lower quality than expected.
