Customers find the dog paw cleaner effective, particularly for cleaning paws and butt, and appreciate its gentle formula that’s soft on paws and non-irritating. The product is quick to use and has a pleasant fragrance, with one customer noting it doesn’t dry or irritate their dog’s paws. The durability receives mixed feedback – while the removable silicone head can be washed, many report the scrubber keeps coming off. Customers disagree on whether it’s worth the price, and some report leakage issues with the pump.
