Customers find the shelf easy to assemble with clear instructions and appreciate its appearance, noting it looks exactly as pictured and fits perfectly in various spaces like between wall and toilet. Moreover, the functionality is positive, working well for books and smaller items, and customers like its value for money. However, the sturdiness receives mixed feedback – while some find it stable, others report it breaking within hours of use. Additionally, durability is a concern, with reports of the back panel ripping like paper and edges chipping easily.
