Customers find the faucet visually appealing, easy to install, and well-built, with strong water flow that creates a spa-like experience. Moreover, the functionality receives positive feedback, with one customer noting it works as well as expensive faucets. However, the product has durability issues, with customers reporting that it rusts quickly and the black finish chips off over time. Additionally, customers disagree on the fit, with some finding it perfect while others say it’s too big for small sinks.
