How long do Flood Buzz units last for?

Flood Buzz Alarms all last for several years. There is a replace by date stamped on the unit which is 2+ years from when you will receive the item.

Can the batteries be replaced?

We factory install and seal the battery to allow for ease of set-up and waterproofing. As such, the batteries cannot be replaced.

UP TO 95 dB ALARM RIGHT AT THE SOURCE: Flood Buzz Small delivers up to 95 dB at the leak location, comparable to an alarm clock. Best results come from placing it close to the water source inside an enclosed cabinet or under a sink. For whole-floor coverage, place two units together or upgrade to Flood Buzz Pro at 110 dB.
FACTORY-SEALED BATTERY – UP TO 3 YEARS ACTIVE LIFE: The internal 12V battery is sealed at the factory and is not user-replaceable.
