Customers find the grabber tool effective and easy to use, particularly for picking up items weighing several pounds. The product receives positive feedback for its quality, with one customer noting it’s a back saver. However, the grip and sturdiness receive mixed reviews – while some find it sturdy, others describe it as flimsy, and while some say it picks up even the smallest items, others report it won’t pick up anything. Additionally, durability is a concern as some customers report it breaking after a few weeks of use.
