Perfect for encouraging healthy growth on plants and flowers, the precision blades on Fiskars Non-stick Micro-Tip Pruning Snips are ideal for shaping, repetitive trimming and intricate snips. Precise, Micro-Tip blades cut all the way to the tip for clean, healthy cuts in tight spaces, while fully hardened, stainless steel blades with a precision-ground edge stay sharp even through heavy use. Blades are enhanced with a special non-stick coating to help reduce jamming and resin build-up when cutting through sticky plants. These snips feature an Easy Action spring that gently opens the blades after every cut to help reduce hand fatigue derived from repetitive cuts especially helpful for gardeners with arthritis or limited hand strength. Additionally, comfortable handles feature Softgrip touchpoints for enhanced comfort and control, while an easy-open lock and blade cover protects blades for safe transport and storage. Designed to help you transform the backyard, Fiskars lawn and gardening tools are equipped with smart technologies and award-winning, ergonomic features that make it easier and more enjoyable to perform your own lawn care. Customers find these garden shears sharp and durable, working well for various tasks including deadheading flowers, harvesting vegetables, and pruning roses. They appreciate the precision cuts, ease of use, and value for money. The locking mechanism receives mixed feedback – while some find it easy to use, others report that it frequently engages during snips. Durability is a concern, with multiple customers noting that the center locking part breaks within a week of use.
