Customers find the smoke and carbon monoxide detector to be a great replacement unit that’s easy to install, with one noting no tools are needed. Moreover, the product works as expected and offers good value for money. Additionally, the detectors fit exactly where the old ones were, and one customer mentions the plug for the hardwired feature connects very strongly. However, battery life and durability receive mixed reviews – while some units last several years, others only last two years, and some units come with dead batteries.
