Customers find the door lock easy to install and appreciate its intuitive app, noting it’s even easier to use than other combination electronic locks. They like its appearance, describing it as a beautiful piece of hardware with a sleek touchpad display, and value its features, particularly the multiple access options. The fingerprint functionality receives mixed feedback – while some say it recognizes fingerprints instantly, others report it doesn’t always work. The lock’s durability is concerning, with several customers reporting it breaking after 45 days of use, and the overall quality receives negative reviews.
