Customers find the back scrubber functional, with one mentioning it works well in hard-to-reach areas. The build quality receives mixed feedback – while some find the handle length nice, others say it’s not long enough, and though the sponge feels nice on skin, some find it not soft enough. Moreover, durability is a concern as the scrubber falls apart after one week and starts unraveling after four uses. Additionally, the value for money is debated, with some saying it’s great for the price while others consider it not worth the cost.
