Customers find the dehumidifier effective at maintaining humidity levels in the 50% range and appreciate its performance in small spaces. However, the device’s durability and rechargeability receive mixed feedback – while some report it works well for two years and recharges overnight, others say it doesn’t last and needs weekly charging. Moreover, the moisture absorption and humidity control aspects show mixed results, with some saying it keeps humidity very low while others report no change in humidity levels. Additionally, the device gets very hot during operation, and several customers note that the beads no longer change color as expected.
