How strong is the scent?

Soft and steady. Our diffusers are made for bathrooms, entryways, bedrooms and other small rooms. Add more sticks for a fuller scent, or use fewer for a lighter one.

Do I need to flip the sticks?

No. Our fiber sticks keep drawing up the oil on their own. Just keep the bottle on a flat, stable surface out of reach of children and pets.

Can I refill my diffuser?

Yes. Selected scents, including No. 1898, White Tea and Bamboo, come in 8.5 fl oz refill oil.
