Customers find the coffee maker easy to use and appreciate its compact size, particularly for small spaces. The brew quality receives positive feedback, with customers saying it makes great coffee, and they like that it heats up quickly. However, the durability is concerning as units break down within a month, and there are issues with leakage, with water spilling onto the warming plate. While some customers consider it worth the price, others feel it’s not worth the money.
