Customers report that the robotic vacuum cleans floors effectively, with one noting it cleaned up years of ground-in dirt. However, the performance receives mixed feedback, with some saying it does a super job while others find it doesn’t do a good job vacuuming. Moreover, the value for money is debated, with some finding it outstanding while others say it’s not worth the cost. Additionally, the mopping function leaves streaks on floors, and the device gets stuck frequently, particularly on rugs. Furthermore, customers report reliability issues, with the vacuum starting to fail after a few months of use.
