Customers report mixed experiences with the robot vacuum’s performance, with some finding it excellent while others consider it a horrible product. The device’s mapping capabilities receive mixed feedback – while it can slowly map entire houses, some customers report it fails to map their whole house. Cleaning performance is also mixed, with some saying it does a decent job while others note it declines to clean certain areas. Moreover, the device gets stuck frequently, particularly on wool rugs, and while obstacle avoidance works okay, the mopping feature could be better. Additionally, customers find the product not worth the cost.
