Customers find the mop easy to use and appreciate its lightweight design and versatility, with one noting it’s great for in-between mopping. However, the product receives mixed feedback about its value for money, with some saying it saves money while others find it not worth the cost. Moreover, durability is a concern as customers report it falling apart, and stability issues include the pole not staying put and getting stuck in the extended position. Additionally, customers mention the mop is squeaky.
