Customers find the space heater works well as a secondary heat source, heats rooms nicely, and saves money on heating bills, with one customer reporting savings of $75.00 a month. The humidifier feature receives positive feedback, and customers appreciate the handy remote control. However, reliability is mixed, with some units running well for two months while others stopped working after a month. The noise level and remote control functionality also receive mixed reviews, with some finding it remarkably quiet while others report rattling after three months of use, and some noting the remote doesn’t control power on/off.
