Product description

What is diatomaceous earth, and how does it help the Dorai Stone Dish Pad dry so quickly?

Diatomaceous earth is a natural, porous mineral that absorbs and evaporates moisture instantly. Our Diomat material uses this structure to help the Dorai Stone Dish Pad dry within minutes, reducing moisture and keeping surfaces ready for use.

How should I care for my Dorai Stone Dish Pad, and what is the best way to remove stains?

For light stains, gently buff with the included sandpaper. For tougher stains, use small amounts of vinegar or hydrogen peroxide. Avoid placing dirty dishes directly on the Dish Pad to minimize staining. Please see our cleaning guide above.

Is this Dish Pad safe for my countertops?

Yes, it’s safe for quartz, granite, laminate, tile, and most sealed surfaces. The non-slip base promotes airflow and helps protect counters. Because marble and other natural stones may discolor if unsealed, we do not recommend use on those surfaces.

What makes the Dorai Dish Pad a premium option?

The Dorai Dish Pad is made from natural minerals that absorb and evaporate moisture quickly, keeping surfaces clean and dry. Its durable construction and modern design offer a premium, long-lasting alternative to fabric or plastic drying mats.

Are replacement stones available for the Dorai Dish Pad?

Yes! Replacement stones are available for the Dorai Dish Pad. If your stone becomes worn or damaged, reach out to learn more about replacement options.

Customers love this dish drying mat for its functionality, noting it keeps countertops clean and dry while folding easily for storage. The mat absorbs water quickly and dries fast, with one customer mentioning it works better than silicone or fabric alternatives. However, customers report issues with mold resistance, noting it gets moldy and stains easily, and find it not worth the price tag. The absorbency receives mixed feedback – while some say it absorbs water quickly, others report water collecting between the pads. Cleaning experiences are also mixed, with some finding it easy to keep clean while others struggle with the silicone material.
