Customers praise the coffee’s flavor, noting it’s not bitter and has just the right amount of hazelnut, while also appreciating its amazing aroma and smooth texture. The coffee quality receives positive feedback, with many considering it one of the best options available. However, the value for money and compatibility with Keurig machines receive mixed reviews, with some finding it worth the price while others say it’s bad value and doesn’t work with their Keurig Supreme machine. Moreover, the cup quality is concerning, with multiple customers reporting defective pods. The acidity level is also mixed, with some finding it true medium strength while others say it’s not very strong.
