Customers find the toaster good-looking and appreciate its appearance. However, the performance receives mixed feedback – while some say it makes perfect toast and bagels, others report it only toasts one side of the bread. Moreover, the toaster shows durability issues, breaking after a year of light usage, and customers report uneven toasting, with one side browning darker than the other. Additionally, there are concerns about burn risk, with customers noting that it burns one side of the toast and catches on fire.
