Customers find these pliers to be well-made, comfortable in hand with rubber grips, and solidly built. They work well with Craftsman tools and are versatile enough to be considered a must-have for any toolbox. The functionality and value for money receive positive feedback, with customers noting they’ll last for years of regular use. The grip and durability aspects receive mixed reviews – while some praise the rubber grips, others report they don’t grip pipes tightly enough, and while some find them durable, others mention they rust quickly.
