Customers find the office chair to be of good quality, easy to assemble, and appreciate its impressive value for money. The chair is sturdy, well-proportioned for workstations with multiple monitors, and customers like its appearance, noting it doesn’t look expensive. The lumbar support receives mixed feedback – while some say it supports the lower back well, others report it offers little support. Durability is also mixed, with some customers reporting it holds up well while others mention issues with broken plastic foot rest supports.
