Customers find the coffee maker easy to use and appreciate its ability to make excellent coffee. However, the reliability and durability receive mixed feedback – while some say it works great, others report it stops working after two months and breaks down within a month. Moreover, the value for money and temperature performance are also mixed, with some saying it’s great for the price and heats up quickly, while others consider it not worth the cost and note it doesn’t get really hot. Additionally, customers report issues with water leakage, with water spilling everywhere.
