Customers find the pillow to be of good quality, comfortable, and appreciate its appearance, noting it makes for wonderful sleep and works well for both back and side sleeping positions. The softness and neck support receive mixed feedback – while some find it has medium firm softness and provides good neck support, others say it’s too firm and offers little neck support. The value for money and flatness aspects also get mixed reviews, with some finding it worth the price while others disagree, and while some say it doesn’t flatten, others report it becomes flat quickly.
