Customers find the shelving unit to be of good quality and appreciate its appearance. However, the capacity and weight receive mixed feedback – while some say it holds heavy-duty bins, others doubt its ability to handle 7000lbs, and while some find it lightweight, others want it to be heavier. Moreover, the stability is concerning, with reports of shelves falling out, and customers criticize the thin material construction. Additionally, opinions on value are divided between those who find it worth the price and those who consider it not worth the cost.
