Customers find the kettle to be one of the better electric kettles, appreciating its fast boiling speed and how it sits gorgeously on the countertop. The durability receives mixed feedback – while some report it’s still going strong after 8 years, others mention the lid falling apart within days of use. Moreover, the auto shut-off feature is problematic, with customers reporting issues with the lid release button and the kettle not shutting off properly. Additionally, the rust resistance is concerning, with customers noting discoloration between the glass and rubber parts, and the value for money is mixed, with some finding it worth the extra money while others consider it overpriced.
