Customers find the reciprocating saw to be a good little tool that cuts through branches and palm fronds effectively, with plenty of power for occasional use. They appreciate its light weight and convenience for small jobs. The battery life and durability receive mixed reviews – while some report superb battery life, others mention it doesn’t last 5 minutes, and while some say it should last for quite some time, others report it breaking immediately. The reliability is concerning, with customers noting it stops working after 2-3 minutes of use and dies after two years of sporadic use.
