Customers find the mattress comfortable and report good sleep quality. However, the quality receives mixed reviews, with some loving it while others find it not as advertised. The softness and value for money also get mixed feedback, with some appreciating the right amount of softness and considering it good value, while others find it too firm and not worth the price. Moreover, customers report issues with springiness, noting they can feel all movements from others, and the mattress has an awful smell.
