Customers find the carpet cleaning machine effective, with one mentioning it worked well on a 14-year-old filthy couch, and appreciate its easy-to-change soap and waste containers. The machine receives mixed feedback about its suction power, with some praising its superior suction while others say it doesn’t have enough power. Durability is a concern as the hose breaks around the handle within a year, and customers report issues with water drainage, leaving large puddles, and leakage from the spray nozzle. Value for money is also mixed, with some finding it well worth the cost while others consider it not worth the price.
