Customers find the carpet cleaner to be an awesome machine that’s easy to operate and assemble, with decent suction for its compact size and powerful enough to reduce drying time. They appreciate its effectiveness for pet stains and accidents, and like its small size that makes it easy to maneuver and take anywhere in the house. While customers consider it an excellent value, opinions about durability are mixed, with several reporting that the handle snapped in half.
