Customers find the door set easy to install and appreciate its appearance, with one mentioning a nice nickel finish. The functionality and value for money receive mixed reviews – while some say it works well and offers good value, others report issues with keys not working half the time and say you get what you pay for. The durability and locking mechanism are problematic, with customers reporting that parts are flimsy metal and the knobs only lock by turning to the right side. The fit and key quantity also receive mixed feedback, with some saying it fits perfectly while others note it doesn’t match their door width, and while some received 10 extra keys, others couldn’t get duplicates made.
