Customers love the coffee maker’s color options and find it easy to use. The coffee quality receives positive feedback, with one customer noting it brews a perfect pot every time. However, durability is a significant concern, with multiple reports of the glass carafe breaking during washing and the heating element failing within months. Moreover, reliability is mixed, with some units working great while others stop working after two weeks, and value for money opinions are divided between those who find it worth the cost and those who say it’s not worth the money.
