Customers find the speaker’s sound quality superb and appreciate its appearance. However, the reliability is concerning as the product stops working randomly and doesn’t stay connected to networks. Moreover, the durability is poor as it breaks almost immediately, and customers report issues with the power cord, with one noting the prongs are not long enough. While some customers consider it good value for money, others don’t recommend it.
