Customers find the cat bed well-made, easy to assemble, and good value for money, with one noting it’s sturdier than expected for its price. They appreciate its size, being big enough for two cats, and its appearance, describing it as an adorable little hide-away that looks exactly as pictured. The durability receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s holding up well, others report it starting to sag.
