Customers find these memory foam pillows comfortable and worth the price, with excellent neck support and improved sleep quality, particularly for side sleepers. The pillows are fully adjustable to personal firmness preferences and maintain their shape well over time. While some customers appreciate the right balance of firmness and softness, others find them too firm for their taste, and there are mixed opinions about their flatness.
